WCWGA Scholarship
Junior Tournament
Once a year WCWGA provides a special tournament for junior golfers in Worcester County. These young ladies compete in an organized championship tournament at one of our prestigious member clubs and are awarded trophies and prizes. The competition is divided into two divisions by age: 15-18 years old and 14 and under. Participants must have an established 18-hole handicap or average score attested by the golf pro where they play or their school's golf coach.
Wednesday, June 24 at Bedrock Golf Course in Rutland. Two Divisions: 12-14 and 15-18 years old
Entry Fee: $25 (includes lunch)

To enter, fill out the Junior Girls Championship Form and mail it
to the address on the bottom of the form. Must be a resident of Worcester County or affiliated with a WCWGA member club. Field limited to 24 players.

WCWGA Scholarship
Our organization has established a scholarship program for eligible High School senior girls who will be entering college in the fall. In order to be eligible, applicants must have participated on their high school golf team or have been a member and have played in the Worcester County Women's Golf Association tournaments. Applicants must also be a resident of Worcester County.
Information on this scholarship is available at schools in Worcester County by contacting the guidance office. To apply for the scholarship, print out and fill out the Application for Scholarship Form and mail it to the address on the form.
Your completed application is due on or before April 10, 2009.
