The purpose of this association is to promote interest in golf and to encourage the development of women golfers in Worcester County, Massachusetts.

Update for the tournament at Sterling National Country Club
Monday July 19, 2010. B/C Division.
Call one week in advance On Monday July 12th for a tee time.

Cost will be $40 CASH ONLY. Includes Tournament fee, cart and lunch.

The booklet, which you will be receiving shortly, has all the information on where to send entries and checks.

Notices

TOURNAMENTS
WCWGA has always held a high standard of good sportmanship amongst our members and courtesy to our member clubs and their staff.

It is imperative that every member who enters a tournament be in attendance. If a member must withdraw it is her responsibility and obligation to notify the person in charge of said tournament allowing the chairperson the opportunity of contacting someone on the waiting list and filling the empty slot.

When a member has sent an entry to a tournament and not received a reply within (3) days of the event she should contact the person in charge to investigate the status of her entry. Mail does have a habit of going astray and you are the only person who knows you have not received your entry back. The president has duplicate lists of every event and is also available to assist.

SLOW PLAY
Slow Play is not an option and in order to continue a good relationship with our member clubs we must all make an effort to speed up play.

TROPHIES
Trophy winners may take their trophy's and/or bowls to Town Jewelers in Westboro or use their own jeweler for engraving with the stipulation that all engraving must conform to the style and size print already used.
