Tournament Withdrawal

Important: Withdrawal is for one player only. If both partners are withdrawing, then both players must submit a withdrawal. Thank you.

• You may withdraw from a tournament online before the Withdrawal Close date/time and you should also inform the Tournament Rep listed in the “Course Representatives” section in the Player’s Guide.

• NEW! If you need to withdraw after online withdrawal is closed, contact the Tournament Rep listed in the “Course Representatives” section in the Player’s Guide.

• Refunds may or may not be given for withdrawals based on the policy of the course:

  • If you paid via Venmo, then the refund will be via Venmo.

  • If you paid by check, then the check will be shredded.
