New Members

New members may join any time and must have an active USGA GHIN handicap index of 34.0 or less to join Worcester County Women’s Golf Association.

Member versus Associate Member

There are two membership designations, Member and Associate Member.

  • Member:

    • Your USGA GHIN is registered with a Member Club or,

    • You participate in a league of a Member Club

  • Associate Member:

    • Your GHIN is not registered with a Member Club or,

    • You do not participate in a league of a Member Club

Member Payment

Member’s Annual Fee: $20

  • Venmo is the preferred payment method and is sent to the WCWGA Venmo account noting it is for dues. If you are a New Member, please send email to request the account information. Otherwise, the account information may be found Payment Methods section in the Player’s Guide.

  • New for 2027!
    If Venmo is not an option, mail a check made payable to “Worcester County Women’s Golf Association” to the per instructions listed in the Payment Methods section in the Player’s Guide.

  • Cash will not be accepted.

Associate Member

  • Applications are being accepted from women golfers who are members of non-affiliated clubs of the Worcester County Women’s Golf Association.

  • You must have and maintain a USGA approved handicap which may be verified at the golf club where your membership is established.

  • Your handicap index may not exceed 34.0 to join.

  • All WCWGA rules must be followed. Please see Handicap Information and Rules, Code of Conduct and Pace of Play for details.

Associate Member Payment

Associate Member’s Annual Fee: $30

  • Venmo is the preferred payment method and is sent to the WCWGA Venmo account, noting it is for dues, with submittal of a completed application form. If you are a New Associate Member, please send email to request the account information after you have registered. Otherwise, the account information may be found in the “Payment Methods” section in the Player’s Guide.

  • New for 2027!
    If Venmo is not an option, send a check made payable to “Worcester County Women’s Golf Association.” Please send email to request the contact information.

  • Cash will not be accepted.

Membership Renewal

  • All members must submit a completed Membership Application & Renewal Form annually.

  • Renew membership as soon as possible.

  • Membership must be renewed by April 1st to be considered a continuous membership.

  • Rejoining members with a continuous membership and an active USGA GHIN handicap index between 34.0 and 36.4 must play to a max index of 34.0.
