Registration Close: Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 8 p.m.
If registering online, Venmo is the preferred payment method. You must remember to send a Venmo payment with the tournament course name and fee to the WCWGA Venmo account. Refer to page 11 in the Player’s Guide for details.
If paying by check, ensure it is postmarked within the registration window. Please make the check payable to “WCWGA” and mail it to the tournament chair (Rep) listed in the “Course Representatives” section in the Player’s Guide for details.
We are asking that you please register and make your Venmo payment as close to the same timeframe as possible.
If you register, and do not make your Venmo payment within the open and close dates - you are not registered.
If you make a Venmo payment, and do not fill out the online registration - you are not registered for the event.
If paying by check, expediency in getting it in the mail is crucial.
