Tournament Withdrawal Guidelines
You may withdraw from a tournament online before the Withdrawal Close date/time and you should also inform the Tournament Rep listed in the “Course Representatives” section in the Player’s Guide.
NEW! If you need to withdraw after online withdrawal is closed, contact the Tournament Rep listed in the “Course Representatives” section in the Player’s Guide.
Refunds may or may not be given for withdrawals based on the policy of the course:
If you paid via Venmo, then the refund will be via Venmo when all the payments for the tournament are reconciled.
If you paid by check, then the check will be shredded.
** Important Update **
All Tournament Registrations will open on the designated Saturday and Tournament Withdrawals will close on the following Saturday. However, the withdrawal date is subject to change as required by the course.
